Delivery

We aim to dispatch smaller items within 48 hours of your order and the goods should arrive within a reasonable time following this. We don't normally dispatch or deliver at the weekend or on bank holidays. 
Our delivery charges are personally quoted, depending on both the parcel weight and its insurance.
In addition, if using one or our affiliated ‘furniture couriers’, please be aware they consolidate deliveries to reduce an excessive carbon footprint. A personal quote for this service is provided prior to purchase, on request.

Should you, the purchaser arrange for the use of your own courier, you must organise transit insurance yourself.

The delivery must be to mainland England or Wales.

On purchase, buyers must provide a delivery address and a landline number or a mobile number. Our affiliated couriers can provide assistance if required, to carry the item to your doorstep. Please note, they work ‘solo’, so you may need to provide additional ‘manpower’.
Our affiliated couriers are not employed by us.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your goods but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange, within 14 days of receipt. It must be in the same condition as on dispatch from us and in the original packaging. All items returned to us are at your own risk and expense, so we recommend using a recorded service. 
If there is no exchange item available, we can offer credit for a future purchase.

How to make a Return

Please email us prior to return: 20thcenturyfunkinjunk@gmail.com describing the item, details of purchase and reason for the return.
Repackage your item wherever possible in the original packaging.
You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage, this is your responsibility and also to insure the item to the purchase value.

Collection

Purchased items may be collected directly by prior arrangement but collection within five working days. Should items remain uncollected, please note additional storage costs will be charged due to our limited storage space.
