Such an impressive oversized lobster sculpture in pewter; designed by Mauro Manetti and made in Florence for Teghini in the 1960s. This lobster has its original antennae which are both in perfect condition. The patina is beautiful and it has stamps on the underside: ‘M M’ for Mauro Manetti, Italy, ‘Firenze’ for Florence, ‘Peltro’ (Pewter).
